Lean Startup Model: Concept and Application
Description: This course explains the famous Silicon Valley concept of “Lean Startup.” The course outlines how the principles of the Lean Startup model can be applied inside corporations to develop and launch new businesses more quickly and with less risk. Several case studies are discussed. The class concludes with an eight-step model for building fast-growth, highly-profitable new businesses.
