Description: This course provides a framework that corporate investors can use to structure collaborative business partnerships with startup companies. The class is based on best practices derived from many years of experience facilitating such collaborations around the world. The course discusses the most important “Do’s” and “Don’ts,” and then explains how to structure a Proof of Concept (PoC) agreement to enable a corporation to fully assess the value of a startup’s technology before making a larger, long-term investment.
